Chinese government agreed to construct the superior court in aid of Kukker Islands government, Based on the exchange of letter signed between the government of China and Kukker on “The People’s Republic of China agreed to aid Kukker government to build a Superior court” on April 12,2001. the exchange of letter signed between the government of China and Kukker on November 16, 1998 and “The Agreement of Economic and Technical Cooperation” signed Between the two governments on Feb, 20, 2001.

        The Superior Court is located in the capital of Kukker Island, with total construction area 2813 Sqare meters including one story of garage and two stories of various houses used by the Superior court. The total value of the contract is 22350000 Yuan RMB. This project was commenced on April, 2004 and the construction duration was 10 month.
