Recently, the casting of the main structure for the underground passage of the CCECC-undertaken road upgrade project (R1114) in Dubai, the UAE, was successfully completed. Located at the intersection of D63 Umm Suqeim Road and Al Barsha Road, the project features a dual eight-lane design. Once operational, it is expected to double the road’s capacity from 8,000 to 16,000 vehicles per hour, improving commuting efficiency by approximately 60%.
